Bhakti is a proud wife, fur mom, peak bagger and advocate for survivors of sexual abuse. She has worked in the veterinary field for over 10 years as a nurse and medical laboratory technician. She is also a successful owner of a pet sitting business where she utilizes her skills in veterinary medicine. Having experienced childhood sex abuse, she honored to be able to heal and connect with other individuals who have also experienced similar traumas. It is her mission to show survivors of violence and abuse that they have the ability to heal, reach their goals and be bad ass human beings.

Christina is a tree hugging, animal loving, adventure seeking, forever evolving student of the great outdoors. She is passionate about the wellness benefits that nature can provide, and is dedicated to making it readily available for everyone from all walks of life. On a journey through her own healing, she discovered the self empowerment and personal growth that can be found on trail. Christina is excited to share this love for the outdoors with other survivors, and aid them on their journey of healing in any way she can.

Ali is an outdoor enthusiast and mental health advocate who is incredibly passionate about using the outdoors along with movement for physical, emotional, and mental healing. At a time when she was feeling quite lost, she was lucky enough to discover the power nature has at restoring balance within oneself. She is a strong believer that nature has the ability to inspire as well as empower. Ali hopes to help survivors of sexual and domestic abuse heal, grow, and find themselves again with the influence of the outdoors.

Kristy was born and raised in the Hudson Valley New York. Recently she has received her B.F.A in Graphic Design and currently works at a local sign/car wrap shop. In her free time she loves to explore outdoors, 3d print, make art, visit museums and play video games. As a survivor, hiking has provided a much needed solace for her and has aided in her own personal journey of healing. She is beyond proud to be in a community that works to connect, empower, and help survivors to heal.

Climb.Heal.Overcome provides support and healing from sexual and domestic abuse through community and epic outdoor adventures. Our participants experience free outdoor programming that empowers them to hike, climb, paddle and bike beyond their traumas. By working with the very best mental health professionals and outdoor adventure specialists, Climb.Heal.Overcome curates the journey to empowerment and recovery.
